The bad? (not sure what to call this section lol)
AYC pump is gone, its a $1000 replacement. The car drives fine without it, but then you will be basically driving a ralliart with open diffs front and back.
Note "AYC pump" is covered under Mitsubishi warranty 10 Year (which expires Feb of 2018 for this car), 160,000 KM. But the dealerships are extremely picky about modified vehicles. So unless you will restore the car to stock / almost stock, or know a mechanic at a local dealership, you are pretty much out of luck.
Edit: (added on Aug 26 10PM) I would like to point out the EVO has
no power train warranty left. As it only comes with 5 year/100,000KM ONLY. But I have called Richmond dealership today that this EVO is eligible for the
AYC PUMP warranty for 160,000 KM / 10 Years from date of purchase. So my note above stands^ Thank you again for Orgasm_donor and Snak92 for point it out. I apologize if I has mislead anyone, this is not my intention!

100,000 KM maintenance has NOT been done, so water pump, timing chain adjustment.
Wasn't really planning on selling it, hence the new clutch, but then, am curious to find a more of a "sports car" car. The EVO is a blast, but the all wheel drive makes the limit hard to explore on public roads.
