No Parking Mon-Fri 3pm-6pm

Does this apply for statutory holidays? I used to work on stat days and every time I go to work (yes, weekdays), I see people parking along these signs.

If the sign says not to park there on those times, then I suggest not parking there on those times. In the meantime you could contact the municipality where the signs are posted to see if there is an exemption for stat holidays. School zone signs only apply on school days..i'm not aware of any general exception for your sign. What kind of area is it posted in?

Did 311 answer your question or did they transfer you to Parking Enforcement for an answer. If the former they could be wrong as they are not the experts with Parking regulations nor do they have the authority so say so. I know for a fact that some 3-6 no parking I.e South Granville parking Meters no parking 3-6 does not apply.
