Reasons Why havent i received a free upgrade?
- someone got to the spam thread before you
- you did not follow the instructions
- your reading comprehension sucks worse than !SG's
- your account hasnt been updated yet, since !SG is the only one updating the accounts, he sometimes doesnt update the list for a week or 2...

We should just have a scanner that looks for all users with less than say 20 posts, and then check up on the posts.
But then who would get the large avatar? Nvm...
