Saw one of these while looking out the balcony at work. It was parked at Umberto's yesterday in the afternoon so I went down to get a closer look. Crazy looking vehicle..

The color was navy blueish.

hehehe, he was at the italian cultural center for that small car show awhile back. i think i have couple pictures of it.
