Compustar Radar/Audio sensor help
i had a compustar pro installed today. i had a dei radar sensor and a dei audio sensor installed also. now the problem was that the audio sensor would not run along side the radar sensor correctly. while both hooked up the audio sensor would cause the radar to trigger the alarm immediately instead of the warning chirp first. my installer(he is reputable) is looking to this for me. i just thought i'd see if anyone else had any ideas?

Both sensors are wired to the same trigger input with them being diode isolated by the sounds of it.

It can be an issue where when the "warning" is being triggered it causes relays to flick (sometimes OEM) and then the proximaty sensor picks that up as field disturbance. Try turning down your promixaty sensor (full trigger) or move our proximaty sensor or move your remainder components such as alarm brain and audio sensor further away from your proximaty sensor.

audio Sensors are awsome.
Just remember don't leave anything that makes a sound in your car.
ie. Customer left a timex watch that on the hour, every hour it goes "beep beep" and set off his alarm. windows usually have to be shut including sunroof to prevent false alarms coming from noise from the enviroment around the vehicle.
don't leave dogs that whine or cry in your car or your alarm will go off as well.

turns out its something to do with a relay so ill be able to keep both sensors afterall. my installer just let me know today, and will take care of it next week.
