What This Forum Is All About

You just slaved all weekend over replacing your rear suspension and feel mighty proud about what you've accomplished. You'd like to be able to share what you've completed but you don't know exactly where to say it. Well, worry no more. Here you are able to showcase your project and the subsequent build associated with it.

While we encourage more information than less, we understand your need for some sort of privacy to protect yourself from the prying eyes of thieves. As such, feel free to post only what you feel comfortable with. We do discourage posting pictures of licence plates, pictures that can be easily associated with your place of residence (house address, nearby landmarks, etc), and of high priced items (stereo builds, high end forced induction equipment, etc). And always remember, the best way to save yourself from theft is by being proactive -- not reactive -- and to use simple common sense when leaving your car for any period of time.

To ensure fairness we would ask that you refrain from bumping your own thread; please only post replies or updates to your build. Please also keep criticism constructive.

Here's an example of what we'd like to see from you guys and girls:

Thread Title: Lomac - 1993 Ford Probe GT - Engine Rebuild/Turbo Install

Day One - Deconstruction

So the time has finally arrived to tear the $600 beater apart and turn it into something no one in the club has seen before. The itinerary for the day was to pull the motor and transmission out, tear the engine apart and clean it up.

The obligatory first shot of the day

Crossmembers and exhaust out of the way

Engine flies free

Engine teardown begins

This is one neglected engine - leaky seals everywhere

Man play with fire. Fire play with bolt. Bolt give up resistant stance... eventually...

Stock DE cams ready to be plucked from their home and thrown away

Test fitting the new ZE head onto the stock DE block
