Vancouver Miniature Auto Racing is proud to be given the opportunity tohold a simulated quarter mile contest dubbed the "50 Meter Dash". Essentially radio control vehicles will be competing against each other to see who can lay claim to truly being the "fastest".
Generally the size of a small shoebox, and putting out up to 5 horsepower, owners of the machines claim speeds of 100km/hour. Definatley a spectacle, to see the tremendous speed & power of such small machines.

To any RS members who are interested in participating, please PM me. Due to the nature of this event, controlled regulation is essential. You must use your own radio controlled vehicle, or convince somebody you know to allow you to use theirs. Any type of racing is something that must be done in a controlled environment. It makes things a lot more fun when people do not get hurt
