I bought this Del sol back in January of last year.

Picked it up for a really good price, it was already fully maintained at the time.

First thing I had to do is exhaust since there was a hole in the original mid pipe.





Shortly after that I had to get an intake!

took off the spoiler in june 2008.



Had to go ghetto for a while since I was on a tight budget.







Again going ghetto!!

about time i can afford some nice shoes! this is how it sits after 305,000km on the car!




slapping on an outragous ricey front lip

then I dug out of the honda parts bin and slapped on a DC2 mugen spoiler which just screams attention

GTR hungry for some rice




replacing my twin loop with a replica Spoon N1, straight pipe 2.5 inch with no resonators.



added some new shoes, but my rear started to look saggy so...

it turned out the rear was sitting on the lowest perch and the front was sitting in the middle, so had to even it out by putting the front on the lowest setting which dumped it another inch









and that definitely gave the car a good stance.

but in about 2 weeks the exterior is going to go through a major over haul so it's going to look a bit different.

the car itself is built to scream attention, not meant to go fast or anything.

it caters to the general consumer and the tuning crowd, and obviously there will be lovers and haters.

if it was my car i would
-get rid of that spoiler
-paint the side and rear skirts
-put that lip back on ..trim it down a bit
-relocate the front liscence plate

you can do this for less than $20..your ride will look 10 times better

well "something" is going to get done about the spoiler.

as for the sides, I'm still thinking about getting it painted.

the front lip got destroyed in the winter which i forgot to mention

and license plate will definitely get relocated once i find some plugs for the original holes.

So tonight I was curious on the fitment of the "other spoiler" so I yanked out the mugen one.
