vex's 3G Eclipse
It is a 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS, 4cyl (4G64) 5spd manual, bought it with approx 88,000 miles (US Cali spec)
This is what it looked like when I bought it
and after a few years and a few thousands of dollars later it looks like this
some things that it has: 18" Konig Hotswap, Lancer Evo 8 OEM Brembo brakes, Tein H-tech springs, Vibrant short ram intake, 6K HID, & custom alcantara/leather upholstery

Update: just finished the Drum to Disc conversion and fitted Lancer Evo 8 calipers & discs
This is what the drum looked like inside..... plenty of meat still left on the shoes
Drum and Hub off, caliper and line on
All back together
i'll take some pics of it with the wheels on and road test tomorrow but for now i'm dead tired

the rear drum to disc conversion for the 4cyl guys is common (V6 already has disc rear) as for the Evo 8 conversion it's rare on the rear but more common on the front (which i've already done)

so I took the car out for a test drive earlier today and what a difference disc brakes make. This is one of the best upgrades i've done and it feels nice to have the braking system of a rally car now

I got the seats done as a birthday present so i don't know how much they cost but I would assume around $1700-$2000 for all 4 and as for the creases I took that picture right when I got them about 3 years ago and now after some use the creases aren't as visible as they once were.

Got some new toys, 3 Glowshift gauges and pod
Vacuum, oil Pressure, Voltage
They're not hooked up yet (obviously by the wire showing) but hopefully real soon

Not bad man all it needs is maybe a drop and a lipkit of some sort. Dont do it fast and Furious style tho.... Lots of eclipse owners LOVE to do that for some reason thinking it looks awesome!

Thanks for the compliments guys, i'd love to lower my car even more but unfortunately my driveway is very steep and if I back up into it, the front bumper will drag.

don't worry i don't ever plan to put 20" chrome wheels, a parking bench on the back, and paint it purple
