anyone watch this ? first episode today on Showcase
its an HBO "sitcom" that follows around Larry David (the inspiration for Seinfeld's George)

i'm guessing fellow Seinfeldians would like this..

haha.."tent" in his pants :lol

i watched an episode on bravo i think (it was a month ago) - i didn't get it

but then again i didn't really appreciate seinfeld until it hit syndication

I hear lots of good stuff about this show, I loved Seinfeld so I'm eager to see this, when can I catch it? (Showcase or Bravo?)

Yeah, I saw the first two episodes and it's pretty good. It looks like a reality show though cuz I think they use a digicam or somethin' to film it. And it won best comedy Golden Globe didn't it? It's funny cuz there are certain things I can totally relate to.

hey, not only is Larry David the inspiration for George.......he co-created Seinfeld man!! And seinfeld is the BEST:)

yeah, I saw it too, it was hilarious although, the premise of the humour in that show it that Larry David gets screwed over by everyone which initiates arguments, while humourous, but will be quite boring if this is the whole show....but ya, the "tent" was fucking hysterical! haha....soo true.

Any watch season 3?

this show is freaken funny as hell but I didn't know anyone who likes it except me lol

back from the dead, finally. season 6. 10 episodes was not enough larry david. the man is my hero

i've watched this a few times, the dry humor is pretty good. I'm able to relate to it /head nod

the show is too long, i can only take so much dry jewish self deprecation
