i think this season was better than the second. sure its been predictable, but so was last season. everything in season 2 felt like it dragged on and on i.e. that will they won't they lesbian bit. this season had more short arcs. problem is for a teen drama, the show isn't all that dramatic. there needs to be a guy that everyone really hates like oliver from season 1. volchuck fits in as diet hate... and i don't even hate him much, i hate marissa way more. such a weak character.

Can anybody fill me in on what's been going on? I stopped watching after the episode where Marissa started doing crack.

I don't really HATE Volchuk. I just don't get what his deal is. Sometimes it's like he really likes Marissa (he initially puts in the effort to put on a tie...) and sometimes like he just doesn't give a shit. The storyline would be better if he was a more solid character.

Marissa is so fucking annoying...but I can't be mad at anyone that hot.
