Daewoo of Burnaby
 

I was wondering if any of you guys have dealt with this dealership and if there's anything shady about it. I have a friend interested in a car there and was wondering if its worth checking out. Thanks in advance for your input.

DONT BOTHER i heard nothing but bad things about that dealership tell ur friend to go else where ir he wants a good car that has no problems etc.

How can there be a Daewoo dealership when the brand no longer exists?

guess they decided to keep the name...its a used lot dealership i dont think they sell the actual Daewoo cars

there is daewoo at 5 and st. edwards by the mac shack

What's so shady about a lot full of big iranian guys selling millions of dollars worth of exotic cars while claiming to be a Daewoo dealership?

My uncle works there, there isnt n e thing shady about it, they r closing a deal with kia or hyundai as well, so the name should be changed soon

Yes...because disreputable shops NEVER change their names. Do a search and talk to their customers. I don't think everyone is lying here.

they want to be Daewoo, Kia, Hyundai dealership for two reason..
-people usually trust used car from car mfr. dealership..
(rightly so because usually they are not shady and carries good quality used cars)
-it is so much easier to be dealership of Daewoo(well not anymore), Kia, Hyundai because they are always looking to expension of their market share..


what's not shady about Daewoo dealer ship not carrying single Daewoo cars in their showroom?
(btw, I'm talking about few years back, when Daewoo still existed..)

And don't forget the Ferrari's and other exotic cars they have for sale. I mean a dealership with one 360 is like wow, but 2 360's at a daewoo dealership?

i wonder what the history of those 360s are

probably rebuilds with parts from various wrecks and chop shop parts :rolleyes:

I bet you the history is clean on them......... they get alot of people passing through the dealership.....just because of those cars
