Have you worked in a bodyshop penis face? Have you been around this shit all the time? NO.... a body kit can and usually is prepped and painted off the car and then put on. The guy is just a dumb ghetto bitch. By having a bodykit of some kind he thinks he is cooler than running stock bumpers. Personally there is noway in hell i'd ever be seen with my car like that. He may not have alot of cash, no.. But he must also have the brain of a 16 year old because noone that is mature at all would let their vehicle look like that.
