Its got 4" of up and 4" of down travel.Its still really soft.Plus the tires are really soft at 20 psi so it rides better than alot of vehicles on the road.I do plan to move that diff 2" forward tho as anymore forward and I have no room for the steering box.The diffs are re-done blazer diffs with 5.13's and lockers

Traded in the 05 F150 Supercrew couple of weeks ago for a 2012 F150 EcoBoost Supercrew. Can only say "WOW" at the difference between the two.

Suspension is meh. Lots of problems with those fox shocks.
