why is george 007? i vaguely remember something about it but can't flush it out

Because in season 1 he did a solo surgery as an intern and messed up, and the interns all nicknamed him 007 as in "license to kill"

yea, i do. there were rumors about him wanting to opt out of his contract b/c he wasn't getting enough lines this season. hope i'm wrong; he's a solid character. as for izzy, i think she could go either way but i'm leaning towards living

i agree. i think george is gone and izzy will live! he is already on the "other side" (e.g. final scene) but izzy hasn't decided whether to step off the elevator yet or not.

not sure why she's all dressed up like its prom though, george i get

prom dress = what she wore the night denny died... (i think). and then i believe cristina + meredith had to literally take it off her cuz she was so traumatized.

I actually think George is still alive and Izzy is dead! They've set up George to get a new face which means a new actor can now play O'Malley because his face will be all f'ed up...

As for Izzie, she's in the elevator with the same prom dress as when Denny died.. because.. well thats when see started to be sick?

If the hallucinations of Denny are a sign of her cancer in the brain, then she was already sick right after Denny died.. make sense?
