This movie was more of a homage to old kung fu flicks rather than a comedy. If you watch it in that sense, you would enjoy it more.

I heard the action choreographer of Kung Fu Hustle died in the middle of shooting and they had to get someone else to replace him? truth?

But anyways, I thought the movie kinda blew when I watched it. sooo fucking random the RoadRunner-esque scene. But I had some big laughs when he kept throwing knives into his buddy's ass haha.

Now Shaolin Soccer, that's the good stuff right there.
