I thought it was just my internet being screwy when I go to that site! I never understood how that site worked either. I can get random useless ads to show up, but not the ones I want to look at.

Its not THAT BAD when its night time and there are many slots available and its not a handicap spot. Owner might have been in and out in a couple of minutes.

I don't condone parking like this but sometimes its not worth making a fuss over.

my thoughts exactly. when it's late at night, an entire parking lot with ~30 spots is empty, it's not worth making a deal out of
