I would keep the car but i have no time to take it for inspection the car is a real eye catcher and the officer said "i don't know if this is safe for road use" so it might pass inspection with these wheels cause i heard that it is known to be aloud to have a phone length sticking out, but ii have no clue it may just be better off putting on a different set than going for inspection other wise great car and it is very fun to drive. Also has a full tank of gas. Right after filling in gas police stopped me.
