I don't think any tire company makes 15's with 30 series. I know they have some funky tire sizes in europe though.
I had 45 series on 15's, but I couldn't find anything smaller

this guy want to pick a race with me on lougheed few days ago, he think he can beat a G35X... rev up as high as he can..... almost smash into oncoming traffic ( he try to pass me on the left. which i am @ the left lane already).. he think the sticker can smoke my company car... :P
