I was planning on relocating my plate to that exact location as well after exams.

I don't see what's wrong with relocating the license plate as long as you get the license plate " caps " to cover up the holes again. Or is it for JDM only vehicles...

It's just a garage door sealer I attached to the bottom of my bumper :haha:

I was thinking of doing same thing if i was to paint my lip

go to rona or home depot,
buy a pack of garage door rubber sealer. Basically, the stuff you put on the bottom of your garage doors.
Cut the sealer according to the size of your bumper, crazy glue 3M double sided tape to the garage door sealer, then attach it to the bottom of your bumper with the other side of the 3m double sided tape.

For extra reinforcement, drill holes and attach screws if necessary, but I didn't.
Voila, you have a $30 rubber lip that protects your bumper from any scratches lol

^ i was going to do that but i couldnt find it at home depot. Which rona did you go to?! Another option the miata guys used was the diamond lock stuff.. i think they use it for Brick laying or something. but seems to hold its form better.
