i kinda feel bad for endless, i guess he was just trying to defend himself and his style, not everybody will like the way you mod your car, but if you like it yourself then everybody elses opinions doesnt really matter. I have a regular GTS lancer too, and it also has a two tone color theme, and as well as the evo-like front bumper, some of you might think its riced out or evo wanna be, but i love my car, its something i modded myself and very proud of it.

Making sense when you feel like defending yourself helps too.

- justify your modifications by announcing to everyone that it is comparable to that of an exotic car/shop
- telling the world that he has "a top of the line Lancer"
- specifying what options are included in your trim level AND compare it to a car 10 years older and make fun of it
- comparing a known fact that dual clutch > CVT to someone's mother = woman
- trying to justify people's different tastes with blind intelligence by voicing his opinion about the Mona Lisa's physical appearance
- explain how it's a waste of money modifying a 10 year old car. Wipers not working, not passing air care, etc (which was probably how he convinced his parents to buy him a new car)
- conjure an argument with broken English
- did not pass English in elementary school
Believe me when I say this, we're not here to diss cars. We're here to set the owner of the car straight because he was being obnoxious to other members. He just so happens to be driving the same car as you, so don't take it to personally when I had to pull out the plastic gas pedal number. As other members have mentioned already, your GTS > endless GTS. You should take it off the hall of shame because it doesn't belong here.
But the real difference between the two of you, is that you never had to justify why you modded your car, or brag about what the mod is, or what your car has. Quote:

just a quick question guys regarding the "wanna be"
just a little confused here. so basically you're a wanna be if you're getting looks (aesthetic) from a higher model? like for example the Lancer.. its a wanna be because of the black out front right? and lets just say a civic owner bought the red H emblem and put it in front.. that would make him Type R wanna be as well?
this idea just pops out of nowhere.. just wondering.

getting the Red H is fine, its just for looks. but if you get it and tell everyone that thats a mod to your Car that make its a type R but its not? thats the part the ruins it. Read Noizz's post. you'll get it
hell ill say i have a Civic Type R front and rear lip. but mines still a Civic DX.
