Man, where do I even start. I was pretty excited for the CD release a few months back but held back to see what reviews it would get. Surely enough, this is just another accessible pop album with little thought put into the studio album. This was a huge disappointment so to say the least.

I really dig Zooey's vocal talent and M.Ward's guitar work but the overall audio quality on this CD was a disaster. Muddy bass, weak guitars, percussion and vocals held back tremendously. There was SO MUCH POTENTIAL IN THIS ALBUM!

Fuck you, Merge Records for dumping out a pile of crap. And a bigger fuck you to M.Ward for being a pussy ass hipster to even let this happen. Do not buy this piece of shit album.
