Got the exact same speakers! Great when you have them all set-up; really shakes up the room eh? :D

EDIT: PC Speakers btw

You should place those rear speakers so you can take advantage of the 5.1 setup. I see you have 4 speakers in the front...

I would if I could easily. I don't have space to put them on stands behind me, nor do I want to see the wires going up the wall.

I don't watch movies on this comp anyways, and only game once in awhile. So yeah, didn't want to ruin the look of the apartment. I have 5.1 in the living room.

^^

nice B&W's!!!

I'm running B&W's for my front towers in my living room. Awesome stuff. Mine are old school though.

It's called the Mikael or something. One of the cheaper desks from Ikea. $80. There's no drawers or anything.

ikea, I think around $170.
Not bad stand, but I think it can use more ventilation for the bottom two slots.
Especially if you place game consoles down there like me.

i have the same desk, i love it, it's big and sturdy for the most part. It is however so damn cheap (in build) the middle area where my keyboard and hands are most of the time started to delaminate from the particle board below, so it makes this anoying stick and rip sound when i press on it slightly.

click on it for a bigger pic, sorry for the shitty quality.

the tv is hooked up to 5.1 i just flip it around so I can use it as my second screen. I usually have a 3rd screen behind my laptop but that monitor was borrow'd, so my laptop suffices for now hah. and yes those are party lights in the background, transformers on my monitor and the god of war under it.

lots of nice hardware out there. i just spent the last month+ building new computers and building all the "furniture" in my computer room/office. it was a lot of work, but got a lot of satisfaction out of it. i like my stuff to look like it "fits" in the room, not some store bought Ikea-ish stuff. also, i think Santa will bring me a PS3 this year, so i may have to re-design the living room too.

why do i see quite a few people placing multichannel speakers next to one another?

too lazy to wire it around?
