i played swan e set on sunday before 9am for 50 bucks, i thought it was a great deal.

i know if you subscribe to their email they send you these pretty good coupons if you dont mind making the drive out.
durin selected weekdays before 7 its $20 before 8 its $30 and before 9 its $40 or something like that.

week to week it changes and they offer discounts for swan e set, hazelmere and belmont.

Anyone with an ace this season?

Got my first ever today at the Kensington Pitch and Putt where i was just working on the short game heh... hole 7 - 55 yards out.

7th at fraserview. 219 yards.

I have never gotten an Ace before. The courses I usually play have only 4 chances per round. 5 chances depending on wind for one of the par 4's I am thinking about (300 yards, drivable if the wind isn't totally in your face)

i've got a tee time at 7:42am at northlands tomorrow, but my buddy bailed.

i guess you got rained on pretty good there,eh Rickster? right now i'm off to Glen Eagles, warming up for tomorrow. Squamish has a $35 deal, 8 a.m. shotgun start.

i ended up canceling that morning (no one was there) and drove to glen eagles, as well. played the round alone, so i figured i'd play three balls. it was fun.

i also played friday at northlands and got rained on HARD. didn't really start coming down til the 5th... but didn't let up until the 13th or so.
i finally eagle'd the 17th. my tee shot was average, and left me with about 185-190 yards for my second, i just wanted to get it close, so i used my 5 iron and it got me to within 3 feet of the pin for an easy tap in.

just back from Squamish. perfect weather...:)

wow the weather does look really good, too bad its all downhill from here hahaha. time put the layers on and spend the winter at the driving range. i still cant believe the strike is still on i hate the city man they need to open the golf courses, it is an essential service!!!!

i don't think i've played any other course in Vancouver other than Langara,and i thought it was meh anyways. i'd play Guilford or Surrey any day over that.

langara is the crappiest one out of the three which is why its meh.

even though fraserview is pricey it is definately the best out of the three (imo).
mccleery isn't bad either, but the thing you wont find at these courses is some early bird deals that other places in surrey and other places have
ie: play after a certain time for $xx or before a certain time.

anyways playing fraserview and langara is like night and day, you can even compare langara sucks =P

yeehaw. got invited for a freebee w/powercart to Redwoods on Saturday, and then our regular group at Kingslinks Sunday. :haha:

tiger is apparently terrible against lefties. i dont see how that makes any difference in the world... just a coincidental stat, but i'll take it. weir and the internationals didnt win the cup but at least he got a nice kiss from gary player.
