A rock chip? Wow...well...I guess it's better than finding a heck load of tar spots all over your car lolz
Which reminds me.....my wipers makes skips on my windshield...it's just dirt on my shield? Or do I need a new coat of silcone on the glass?..I'm stuck =(

^LOL changing wipers is the easiest thing ever. I use the Reflex blades from canadian tire. A bit pricier, but with all the rain we get here i find that it's worth it. They suck in the winter time tho, any ice on ur windshield and it can put scratche into the wiper blade, leavin streaks n stuff.
P.S.- GOOD NEWS! I PASSED AIRCARE! WOO! |

It's usually the silicone wiper that is worn out but sometimes the chassis itself is tired and therefore not putting enough pressure on to the window. If you go to Honda to get refills (I think the dealer is the only place that sells refills) you're going to get top quality, that is for sure (regardless of price). If you replace the whole unit, it might be better or it might be worse unless you fork out major $$$ for some high end wipers. Sometimes you can get away with cheap wipers that work 100% fine...other times they suck hard. Usually, you can get a refund if that is the case.
However, is this for your accord or the TL? If it's the TL, I'm sure inserts will be fine because I don't think the chassis will be tired. If it's for your accord, just change up the whole unit.

I was just assuming the chassis was perfectly fine since most wiper refills I've done are in either good condition or working condition.
