The Noodle Box on W.4th and Burrard.

8/10 - little noodles amongst huge pile of vegetables, yummy stuff though!

friend had "suicide hot" noodles and we couldn't find any noodles- serious, and they said they wouldn't remake because it's against store policy to remake suicide hot despite not having any noodles in it.

Interesting, what kind of "deal" is it or is it only the $20 Lobster Pasta on special?

Shabusen on Granville:

7.5/10

Good service surprisingly, probably because they weren't that busy
Food was decent, hard to be really good for an AYCE
Salmon Sashimi wasn't that fresh(compared to last time) but still tanked a good portion

Yea, that is not the thing to eat if you want good breath for a few hours afterwards. It's INTENSELY garlicy. I sorta like it.
