Did Doug ever get his car back?

Reason I ask is because I swear I saw his car in a McDonalds drive through a few weeks ago... but I had no idea that his car was stolen..

those wheels have the same tread for sure Hankook ventus

89 240SX's are 4-bolt, unless he's swapped for late model S14 hubs. (From what I can remember, been a long time since I owned a 240)

Those wheels for sale are 5-bolt.

can you count the bolts in the picture? i'm pretty sure it was converted to 5 lug.

The 17x10 FN's were never made in 4 lug. Definitely 5 lug.

ps i think the number in the ad should be 250, not 205

at the same time, you can't go to see the wheels expecting that they're stolen, it could just be a coincidence and legit

you wanna kno if these are the wheels?

the fronts should be 17x9 with a 35 offset.. the right front should have tiny scratch marks on the inner side of the outside lip (if he happens to have a 30mm lugcentric spacer with shortened studs then its a dead give away)

the backs should be 17x10 with a 25 offset... the right should have a small (maybe less than 1") scrape on the outter lip

that's if doug didnt scrape them up any more...

the tires were 235/40s on the rear and were hankooks
but when i sold the car to doug the fronts had 215/40 bf goodrich

Kind of bringing this thread back.... but what was the end result of checking those rims out? Did they lead to finding the car? Was it just a fluke having them posted for so cheap at the same time?

Go with friends and get one person to go in and check them out.. if they are them bring in the squad and repo that shit and take everything else the fucker has laying around too.

My friend's car got stolen and we found his rims in the buy and sell and did this exact same thing. Go get em!!!!

Since that was posted on what looks to be December 3rd, I'm going to go with busting in with a bunch of buds isn't an option.

A good friend of ours works out of that detachment and he followed up on the matter.
