The Vip card is more of a formality more than anything, just to cover their own asses, and so they don't have to ID everyone all the time. When I went I just signed up for one right there, took like 5 minutes, and it was free. I heard the VIP cards usually cost money though, so I don't know. could have been some sort of promotion they had going on. when you go there, ask for jenn, (girl with blonde streaks and fake titties) she's the one that signed me up. she gives good lapdances too =)
