I honestly think I have ADHD. I seriously zoned out during my 3 an 4 hour lecture classes. Only one 10 min break was given.

Any suggestions on how to get through the classes and still retain 100% focus ?
I tried coffee, it doesn't work for me.

Transcribe everything you hear it will keep you 100% focused and prevent you from zoning out. Go into class prepared -- notes/all the other shit downloaded and ready to open.

I do the same thing when I'm tired/not prepared. Helps to take a coffee in with you/water and sip on that when you get time.
