I saw one of those on northwest marine the part by ubc. I was shocked. any one else seen it before?

I swear to god I saw one too, it was red but I'm not entirely sure it was one because it was heading the other direction.
It was a few minutes away by Oakridge Mall..
this was a few weeks back
