it doesn't have a cat

not having a cat doesnt answer my question nor will it fail aircare on its own

on the print out from aircare, what section did it fail?

thanks.

bump for a great deal

^not having a cat is the reason why it is not aircare, at least that's what Ben told me. It is not which part of the aircare that it fails, it shouldn't fail if it has a cat.

Ok like i said not having a cat will not on its own make you fail aircare...i have 2 hondas and 2 acuras that i can show you if you like.

i dont want you telling me anything because you are not the owner of the car and clearly are not helping. There is multiple areas to fail in aircare. i would like to know if it failed at idle or driving and which section it failed in ie hydrocarbons etc

thank you.

^ sure if you say so, but if you read the post carefully, you will prob not ask the question, cus the answer is like right there.

and btw, i don't know how you legally pass aircare w/out a cat, but according to Motor Vehicle Act, you need to have a cat as stock eg comes with a cat. 40.05
