Just making sure, the ISBN doesn't have to match right? I'm taking MATH 151 next sem and it says I need CALCULUS,EARLY TRANSCENDENTALS 6TH EDTN ISBN: 9780495011668.

My textbook is this one:

ISBN numbers will vary slightly just because of an " updated " edition just to make you buy a brand new one instead of buying the " old " ones.

For this situation specifically i'm not too sure. Best to check with your professor or other classmates.
