RIP Bruce of Beamriders

Just looking through the local Langley papers and came across Bruce Murakami's obituary.

Those in the car audio business may have crossed paths with him. Love him or hate him, he was quite the character. I happen to like the guy. Car audio people are weird as it is, but he was a fun guy to shoot the bull with. Anyway, hats of to you, Bruce, I hope you find peace.

Never met the man but may he rest in peace.

Forgot to mention. If any of you know Pez, can you let him know about Bruce's passing? I think they were kind of close. I lost touch with Pez.

You can probably let Pez know by going to the Hog Tunes website, which he owns.

WOW , I worked for him long ago , he was always nice to me .
He stayed in business longer than almost anyone else in car audio.

RIP Bruce, He was quite the character.

I remember buying audio equipment off of him in the mid 90's I think it was a set of JBL separates. I brought a Rage against the machine disk in to hear a demo of the speakers and I remember him headbanging away to it LOL. Nothing but good experiances buying audio stuff off of him.
