i think the engine can still be used, or maybe even the drive train but chassis and frame is totally screwed and doesn't worth the hassle to fix.

I overtake cars in my car and motorcycle all the time. This guy doesn't know how to downshift properly from cruising gear and foor it.

^ easy, drop a gear a floor it as you're turning into the other lane to pass someone. you're now not driving in a straight line, and you're hard on the gas in a beastly car with no traction control (domestics......). it's also cold out, which is enough to make you lose traction WITHOUT any ice or snow if you're on summers.
