Heh... not bad. I went to a few gym sessions a few years ago and learned to do a standing backflip and running front flip, but that was about it... so I got respect for being able to do that stuff. However, at the same time, of course most of the stuff in the video was still fairly amateurish... there are so many other groups out there (maybe not in Vancouver) that are so hardcore...

Aviva is a great learning environment and is open from 8:30pm ~ 10:30pm Tuesday and Thursday (Passably Saturday?)
Omega is in the Coquitlam area also and is open from 8pm ~ 10pm Monday-Wednesday-Friday.

Flip city I can't remember.
