I have brand new snow chains which I've bought from Canadian Tires on Dec 20th, 2008. I still have the reciept as well.

It is BRAND NEW! Never used it. The reason I bought this chain is to have a safer trip to Whistler on Dec 20/21. But the chains were not necessary and you can only exchange, not return, at Canadian Tires in 72hours.
