Can someone please explain to me th emost simple way how point spread works?
ex. STL@DET -1.5 and i pick Det to win? or DAL@ORL -7.5 i pick ORL? how do i win?

^ Detroit has to win by 1.5 goals (2 goals) for you to make money, if they win by 1 goal (3-2) you make 0$, if they win 4-2 you win

if it was +1.5 so if you bet on STL, then STL has to either win or NOT lose by 2 goals, for you to win

NBA games are the best when the spreads are low, much easier to pick a team when the spreads at -1.5 instead of -10.5. but yea does anybody know what VOID means? i bet on san antonio to win by 4.5 last and they did, and when i checked my payout online today, i only got my betting money back and no winnings and the bet card just said "VOID" instead of "win" or "lose" :S
