price will be less when i do all the rebate....

spend the money on E8400 instead

damn $120 for 9800GT huh

you'd think at the price you can get a 9800GTX+ or something as Nvidia is bringing out their newer cards in a few months

going to oc the E8200 so yeah not sure if i want to get the 8400 20 bucks more

If your planning to oc, i would choose the e8400 out of those two because its easier on your mb/ram for overclocking.. easy 4ghz on air cooling.

However i would go with the q6600:thumbsup:

E8400 is better.

i just got one with a EP45-DS3L.... i was able to get it to run 4Ghz @ 1.25v stable with a Scythe Katana 2 HSF
but i needed OCZ reaper 1066 ram to achieve that. i was only able to get it to 3.6Ghz with kingston value ram. but the cpu is clocked at 1.175v
