Question about ball joints
 

I over greased the ball joint and there is grease coming out at the base of the ball joint like this

Is it okay or should I replace it? When i Squeeze it more grease comes out.

squeeze some out and wipe it down.

when it doesnt leak grease out, it should be fine

more grease is always better then no grease inside

but the grease leaked out so prbbly there is a leak on it.....

just wipe it off and don't worry about it. it's not an issue.

Move the balljoint around a few times and get as much grease out as you can. Then it should be fine. The grease needs to be around the ball, not the collar, so again, it should be fine. The fact that it's leaking is just because the clip holding the dust boot is clearly not very tight.
