Wierd Telus phone call
 

well basically i just got a call from telus (1-888-811-2500) their supposed collections department, and this lady was confirming that i sent back a modem for my telus internet service from when i went to fire academy in Vermillion, AB back in October. She said that they accidently charged me for the modem and need my address to send me a check, since it does show that the modem had been returned. I remember calling to report my Canada Post tracking number back in October to the Telus rep. so that they can not charge me for the modem since it was returned to them. I just find it really weird that they would call me out of the blue to send me my money, since i was accidently charged for the modem...seems nice of telus to do, considering they're TELUS for christ sakes.

anyways, i googled the number that showed on my caller id and it is the telus number and isnt associated with any scams....

just found it wierd...ps- supposedly im getting $40 back in a cheque

i fucking hate telus, they should send everyone who has ever dealt with them $40 bucks
