Fabric stores in Richmond?

I'm just looking for a few yards of fabric, even possibly suede, to do some DIY upholstery in my car.

A search of " fabric stores " didn't reveal anything and google came up with too much bullshit.

I think there used to be one on hazelbridge between parker and lansedowne?

Any places in particular that you guys would know within Richmond?

dressew on hastings/homer
fabricland, near marinedrive/victoria
yes and that one in richmond

trying doing a search on telus's online phonebook instead of google, gives better results

wasn't pho tai son the one that used to be across RC then got pulled down along with the whole plaza to make way for the Canada Line?
where exactly is this new location?

Garden City + Leslie is the intersection

If you go southbound on Garden City, it will be to your right, just before Alderbridge.

ive been told that fabricana is a bit more expensive than other places, true story?

I'm hoping i can buy some black suede, probably 1 meter by 1 meter.

yea for certain fabric it is more pricey, but they have a WIDE ass selection, so if ure looking for something a bit more unusual, fabricana is ure best bet

and ure only getting 1 meter, so the price difference shouldnt be that severe anyway.

im not sure if you can get specifically 1m X 1m tho. the fabric comes in rolls.. im pretty sure u cant really pick ure width, but ofcourse u can pick ure length

hoppeeefully that was helpful =)
