Just a note,

If people could get equal return don't you think they would rather sell it back to SFU seeing as they would be there?

Doesn't make sense to be honest if your asking for the same.

Ideally wouldn't it be a little less?

I actually already have some interest in the books. I'm selling one of them later today as a matter of fact.
