Any place on the island that cleans injectors?

Looking to get some injectors cleaned and flow tested. Searching on here I could find a place in Surrey, any places on the island?

Action fuel injection can test them, but when I had it done there I didn't feel very confident about it. When I got my 550's cleaned I just sucked it up and sent them to RC. That way you KNOW they are good, and it's not just some guy across the counter saying yea they looked like they worked fine..

Hmmm, RC looks really expensive though. I would if they were for me, but I'm just selling them. I'd bought them used and wouldn't feel comfortable selling without being sure they were alright. I bought them years ago so don't remember the mileage they had or anything.

I've used Action Fuel Injection in Nanaimo before and they seemed really good to deal with and knew what they were doing.

Do they give you printed test results and everything at Action?

These guys look great :)

Besides those already listed I already know of Cruzin Performance (http://www.cruzinperformance.com/)

Still interested in hearing about the local places so I don't need to do any shipping.

One of the real problems is finding a vendor that will sell matched sets of injectors that are balanced at low pulse-widths. With 950cc/min - 1600cc/min idle pulse widths are very short, and many injectors that are perfectly balanced at 80% - 100% duty cycles are horribly mismatched at 1%.

If you have separate EGTs per runner and an engine management system that can balance injector dead time per cylinder you can tune this out, but for most of us it is a royal pain.

These cleaning services (I've used some before) will fix up the 100% duty cycle flow, but can't do anything to fix the dead-time issues. In fact the sheet shown in the review above only shows static flow.

Yep, i took mine and my rail there. Cost 80$ to clean all 4 injectors, the rail, and install with new o rings i provided.

Unfortunately, they couldn't test Sidefeed injectors at the time i had them cleaned. Maybe they can now. That was last spring.

Action does not give printed test results :(
