The likeliness of that occurring is slim. The windows are good and so is the hood. From the way I see, the driver was in a hurry and didn't bother finding a stall to park.

It's not a stolen EP3 I don't think Most likely the front lip was smashed due to our shitty snowstorms from the previous weeks, and the way the driver parked his/her car isn't unusual in Richmond...because when it snows people just park all over the place. I just think it's retarded to park any other way other than in an actual spot.

I hate parking in that lot, one time I went in but there was no spots so I tried to get out but fags kept coming in and no one could go out/in anymore cuz everyone got jammed up.
