How do I fix this?
 

Someone help me.

It's the headlight wiring connector that connects from the switch to fuse block.

That wire is completely fried and subsequently, I have no working lights other than corner/turning signals.

Called Lordco for the part, they do not know what the fuck I'm talking about, and I just cut it off, and I'm not driving down there with no lights.

I have spare wires and a soldering kit, just wondering how I can ghetto fix this.
I'm thinking just clean it out, and solder some wire on top of the bitch.

fist thing i would do would be to find the short that caused that to happen so you dont light your car on fire with a ghetto fix

There's a leak comming in from the cracked windshield, which dripped water onto the connector.

Theres no shorts anywhere else other than this burnt connector here.

I planned on electrical taping the shit out of it.

So, you cut the whole plug off when there was just one wire that was the problem...good thinking.

Work in the dark or work inside the house where theres light and I can see what I'm doing.

Drive in the dark with no lights, or drive with lights on.

I don't know if you looked outside, but it's really dark.

Looks like you'll have to order one from the dealership, cause Lordco won't have anything like that.

If you just wanted to ghetto rig it, just solder some new wire on with female spade connectors on the end and electrical tape the exposed metal. At the very least, it'll get you through the night. Just run down to a wrecker and pick up the connector there. Chances are it shouldn't cost you more than a few dollars, if that.

Melted off the burnt part of the connector.

cleaned it.
melted solder all over it.
Stuck a wire in.

Should be fine.
Now just fixing the rest of them cause they're comming apart.

another option if it happens again is to go find another car like yours at a wrecker and cut the connectors off with a good chunk of wire and solder the new(er) connector to your harness.

Don't think you can buy just the connector. likely the whole harness. Can you crimp individual connecters to each wire?
