2.5 gallon buckets

I need 2 2.5 gallon buckets to wash my car. I look throughout my house and couldn't find any. Anybody know where I can pick 2 up for cheap locally?

why not get 2 of those simonz buckets at canadian tire.. they come with a grate at the bottom so any dirt gets trapped underneath

Home Depot
Buy two 5 gallon buckets (white) in the paint section They are a few bucks each
Buy 2 girt guard inserts here locally: http://www.icanpolish.com/tools-towe...es/accessories
One bucket is for rinsing your dirty washmitt, other is for the soapy water.

2.5 gallon buckets are too small

thanks yall. gonna go check out rona or home depot tommorrrow. I do have a grit guard. Only 1 though.

if i'm using only 1 should i put it in the soap bucket or the wash bucket?

Wash bucket, cause you want to rub the mitt against the grit guard and be clean as possible for when you put it in the soap bucket.

Rinse your mitt from the inside out with the hose each time you take it away from the car. The grit guards ad shit just drive more grime into the mitt.

Grit guard helps keeps the grit on the bottom of the bucket too, not just for cleaning the wash mitt.
