Can you learn in your own car? |
i guess if you buy 3 of those "duck and bear" mirrors from daiso to stick on your car, I don't see why not. I bet no one knows what i'm talking about |
How would you like to learn how to drive from a REAL pro? Hi, I'm BNR32_Coupe! You may remember me from such threads as: "NSX, Ferrari's, Lambos chased by police on highway" and "Street racing kills less than DUI" I'm here to offer you an exclusive membership for a chance to learn how to drive in a PRO car, from a real PRO driver. For a flat rate of $250 (plus fees, citations not included), you'll have the pleasure of 1 hours worth of the most intense, flat out, die-hard street driving techniques that will get you on the road to your class 7N! The benefits of joining my driving school are: 1) Respectable student-driver vehicles won't leave you embarrassed Do you really want to be seen by your friends learning in a POS like this? http://www.istockphoto.com/file_thum...ver-in-car.jpg HELL NO! That's why I'm here to let you drive a Skyline GTR. They say the best way of learning is to start with the hardest first. That's why you'll have the pleasuring of not only learning manual transmission, but you'll be faced with the unique challenges of everything associated with a RHD, heavy-duty dual plate clutch, 590awhp, 14kg/12kg coilovers, stitch welded chassis, loud exhaust, single huge turbo. Presently, we installed a short-throw shifter to make your driving experience more comfortable. http://www.muts-nuts.com/pics2/interior1.jpg http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2335/...ba4147f320.jpg 2) Learn safe driving techniques. How to counter-act, and make the best out of the following: Understeer: http://www.mgf.ultimatemg.com/group2...understeer.jpg Oversteer: http://www.mgf.ultimatemg.com/group2.../oversteer.jpg How to get around basic corners at the fastest possible speeds, at the speed limit of course. Note that my driving school is not a race program, therefore, do not drive dangerously fast during my 1 hour lesson. Speeding on public roads is dangerous and should not be performed under any circumstances. During my 1 hour lesson, you will have 20 verbal warnings, and 10 written warnings prior to suspension of driving privileges due to racing or speeding. http://www.simhq.com/_motorsports3/i...s_079a_001.gif How to pass people. Learn things like flashing your highbeams, waiting for a straightaway, passing from the right, utilizing left-turn only lanes to pass traffic through an intersection, and understanding why its ok to go fast on the left lane. 3) Learn proper road etiquette Sometimes you'll encounter situations where other drivers make a mistake. At times, these can be really frustrating. In my school, you'll learn: -How to: finger signal -Do's and don'ts of road raging -What constitutes as verbal abuse -Grey area & law technicalities -How far is too far? -When to back off http://steigerlaw.typepad.com/photos...age_finger.jpg http://www.cicle.org/cicle_content/images/road_rage.gif http://assets.nydailynews.com/img/20..._road-rage.jpg 4) Learn how to use tools on the go! GPS? ABS? NAV? SRS? EGR? 4WS? VTEC? LIDAR? These are all confusing terms. In my school, we'll teach you how to use the following: How to use GPS http://www.ppczone.net/wp-content/up...006/05/gps.jpg How to understand radar detectors http://www.frankhunt.com/FRANK/hobbi...lentine1-6.jpg How to make the most out of your laser jammer: http://images.netshops.com/mgen/digi...pg&h=368&w=368 Anyways, I hope you took interest in my driving school. It's a bit sportier than other driving schools, but it is my hope that it will appeal to the younger drivers. The 4 easy steps things along with a wonderful student car will make for an excellent beginners driving experience, well deserving of the small one fees. This is BNR32_COUPE saying bye for now |

Young Drivers is a fucking ripoff. I took the in-class courses back in April, and I get my first fucking lesson THIS WEDNESDAY for stick- TWO MONTHS after the classes. I should look into Perfection for brush-up lessons and maybe EVOX's dad for some prep before my N test (family has no car, so all I have are the lessons) |
