F/s: 1991 R32 Skyline GTR Hey everyone, I've come to the point where school is taking priority over my car so Unfortunately I am considering selling my baby and dream car. The car is in immaculate condition in and out, there is nothing wrong with it. Anyways here we go. I bought the car through Ed at JzGarage, as he stated he purchased it from his friend/older man in Japan. NOTE it as never seen the snow and I have only put about 1200km on it since I purchased it. I've babied this car for the time I have had it and done the majority of work on it, and everything that i have seen from the engines internals is perfect from the coils which looked almost brand new to the interior to the original paint which is still amazing. Heres the stats: 1991 Nissan R32 Skyline GTR Gunmetal Grey 38,XXXkm There are and I have added a decent amount of basic modifications that have costed a good amount of coin, here they are: -N1 headlights -8000k H4 HID lights -Brand new 3.5inch Apexi Catback exhaust -10mm (I believe, could be 15mm) wheel Spacers -Brand new Apexi Power intake Kit -Brand new Greddy Full auto turbo timer (custom mounted in dash clock, Greddy harness for install) -RPS Max Street 6-Puck Clutch Kit (installed at $$$$$, gives a noticeable Hp increase and its rated for 475ft lb of torque for those Awd Burn outs, if need be. Re-machined flywheel done of course) -Replaced the rear main transmission seal -New NGK iridium tipped spark plugs (installed at $$$$$s, plus a ignition systems check over) -Bride Buckets and Bride Rails (Bought at and with receipts from TSS) -Apexi front Strut bar -GTR Dead pedal -Momo Gotham pedals The Bad: -Minuscule bubble on speedo surround (i mean small) -Small crack in center vent (already patched) -Slight lifting of vinyl on rear A-pillar, although I can repair that before hand -Original stereo deck, Never bothered to remove since i did not decide between toggle switches or a deck. The car is Mechanically sound. Turbo's boost amazingly, the interior gadgets and such (climate control, a/c) work perfectly. I never drove this thing hard as it has been quite cold since i bought it. It hasn't seen over 6000rpms when i wanted to go faster as I needed to properly break in the clutch, which I have just about broken in. Aside from a couple tiny interior blemishes from age, the car is perfect. I am asking 14,000 obo. Would trade for RSX, is300 or c230, or see what you got. I'm losing a good amount of money on this but with the brand new parts and labor put into this car, and the condition of the car, I think its a fair price. I am a car detailer, so I can do a full cut polish and interior cleaning for free as well. If you have any questions, inquiries or would like to see the car please feel free to contact me at hybrid_theory676@hotmail.com or call me at 604-473-9750. 38k kms? any idea what the actual mileage is, or is there paperwork to support the indicated mileage? also wondering about the timing belt/water pump/etc. |
My Importer and friend knew the guy who owned it, the only owner in japan, as I was told. There is no paperwork to the car. If you take a look at the car, all signs would conclude this cars condition matches the odometer reading. I know it seems slightly lower than the average, and I was worried at first. Upon further inspection of the car, i have no doubt the Km reading is true. All the interior buttons and markings are perfect, no wear or rubbing which is rare. The roof is not discoloured, which is a sign of use. Even the warning notes on the sunvisor are perfect. The trunk well is literally spotless. Everything coupled with the fact that the exterior is of the same condition is evidence enough for me. As well, the engine and more internal components are the cleanest i've seen on a car fresh over seas, and I've been in my fair share of FOB rhd vehicles and owned a few. The timing kit, which includes the waterpump, tensioners, idlers in that case have not been done. Replacing the belt as a precautionary measure is by all means a valid idea, just in my mind not really worth it given the engines state. But if need be, all it is is about $100 for a Greddy belt and the removal of some covers and a swap. let me know if there are any other questions or concerns. |
thanks... was asking for a friend. i gave up looking years ago but he's still determined to find one. are you in the capitol hill area? i live a few houses down from where you took those pics :) |
Hey, I actually live right beside Rosser Elementary school, about two blocks from confederation park. I'm not about to take the car out in the snow :P, But if you or your friend would like to come by and take a look, I have no problems with that. Today or Thursday are best for this week, besides the weekend. You can give me a PM or call me at 604-817-3904 |
Did you do the clutch just cause or was it bagged after only 38,000km?? If you want to swap seats for some cash ;) and stock may be interested |
^ No, the stock GTR clutch is just a terribly underrated clutch to begin with. The 6-puck is a much better power rating for it, boosts up the hp and is in my mind the perfect median between something too light and something too heavy and chattery. Sorry, i'm not interested in parting out the seats, i would like to keep this thing as a packaged deal. |
Bump it up. Willing to drop the price down to 13k without the seats. |
Bump it up, keep the offers coming. |
nice car...bump |
