1) The ads will start to become properly targeted once the Google bot comes back and spiders the site again
2) Please don't click on the ads trying to generate money to RS. Google will detect them as fraudulent clicks. If you want to help, sign up for one of ADBOT's deals 
3) Anyone who uses Adblock on this site, that has been free for nearly a decade and will continue to do so, is a douchebag.
