The chinese Hummer maybe better than an American Hummer in many ways, but I'm pretty sure they cheap out on a lot of things like the armour. Can it withstand bows and arrows attack?

STFU, we live in a modern age yet china still doesn't have the brains to invent anything original. they just copy and infringe on everyone and then get pissed and sue others when they get copied. i'd insert a racial slur like you did but it would just be too easy.

And out of curiosity name a few things China invented that the world copied that actually matters. I can give you a list from here to China of stuff they copied and turned a blind eye just to boost their economy

that's simply not true. It all comes down to the Chinese government looking out for Chinese interests. If you register a TM/ Patent your rights will be protected in China. China is a member of WIPO and is a signatory of the PCT.

Right, China will sue everybody if anyone copies them and turn a blind ignorant eye when China is copying someone else. So they do care about TM and patents but only in their own interest.

Actually what you are refering to is infringement and the Chinese government contrary to popular belief protects both foreign firms and domestic firms. There is a problem with regards to trademarks in China, only famous trademarks are protected without registration. However, if a trademark in the west is not registered in China, there is no protection.
